RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The reservation of your place when providing any travel services of the company is valid one week after the execution of your order. Based of the issued payment information, we will ask you to pay a deposit of EUR 500 for experience packages and excursions for 1 client. After paying the deposit, your reservation is confirmed and valid.

The additional payment we require to pay at least 60days before your arrival. If you cancel your trip more than 60days before it starts, we will postpone your trip to your suitable date. If you cancel your trip less than 60 days before your arrival, each case will be solved individually, but the company will not refund the paid amount. If you offer a substitute, your contract with all payments and benefits will be transferred to the new client. However, the company is not lliable for the mutual settlement between you and the altrmate - the new client.

We will deal with the failure to make the trip due to a natural disaster or for politicat or other reasons beyond our control individually, and because we care about you, you will certainly not come short and we will do our best to find and agreement acceptable to both parties. If the trip is canceled by us, all funds paid so far will be refund to you, if your wishes.

However, there are insurance policies for all types of cancellations that you can arrange for your trip. The same conditions apply when canceling a trip for health reasons!

We renommend insuring yourself prperly on all your trips with us!!! The year-round Alpenverein insurance is suitable for all outdoor activities. But of course, we leave the choice of insurance to you. In all cases we will halp with the settlement of insurance claims in Georgia, but you must insure yourself in advance at your own discretion.  On CATSKI and HELISKI activities , we directly require such insurance and without it you will not be allowe to operate at all.

From all our clients we obtain only the data that are necessary for the conclusion of an agreement for the provision of our services and which may be necessary to ensure rescue operation ant possible proceedings with the client´s insurance company. All data is hadled with the utmost discretion and the data is not published anywhere or used beyond the scope of the contract. The used image material is processed only in connection with the sports activities of our services, you agree to the use and processing of image material and data within our company.
